Project Description:

In this project, we completely remodeled the house, including a full exterior facelift. On the first floor, we restored the hardwood floors, expanded and renovated the kitchen, updated the bathrooms, and added a new master suite with two walk-in closets and a luxurious master bath. In the basement, we built a home theater, gym, added two bedrooms, renovated a bathroom, created a new laundry room, and updated the floors.

We also constructed a sunroom equipped for year-round use, with a stone-clad electric fireplace. Outside, we built a deck featuring a spa and jacuzzi, and a playhouse for the kids. The backyard storage sheds were restored, and we installed an aluminum fence around the property with a remote-controlled gate for added security.
